Wilson Bowden; Eagles Meadow, Wrexham

The construction of Wrexham’s largest ever mixed use development scheme, Eagles Meadow, began in 2005. The development was set to ensure Wrexham’s position in the top 80 UK retail destinations. Construction contractors Wilson Bowden were awarded the contract along with architects Bernard Engle, to design and build the impressive mixed use development.

Wilson Bowden selected 4Projects as they required a centralised area to manage all of their commercial developments. The workflow module was used to approve drawings for; preliminary, construction, as built and for sub contractors issue. Wilson Bowden took advantage of the mark up facility and the task module was used to manage email and project communication amongst team members across all of the individual projects.
