In 2000 4Projects Ltd was founded as an independent trading company, with investment from the Leighton Group after an extensive period of product development and testing. Within 2 years, 4Projects was a profitable and established market leader in the UK and also operating in the international arena.

2007 saw a management buy-out with the assistance of August Equity LLP. This change helped 4Projects to keep developing at a rapid pace whilst retaining stability and profitability.

Over the last three years 4Projects has continued to grow in the construction sector and have been successfully developing the business within the energy and retail sectors. 4Projects now has a portfolio of clients spanning the globe and includes some of the largest names in construction, energy and retail.
One of our greatest strengths is that we don’t take chances on our collaboration solution. It took over 3 years of product design and development before the team felt ready to launch in 2000. By 2002 we were already on to version 5 of the original collaboration software, and development has continued at this rapid pace.

2008 saw the launch of our 3G integrated collaboration solution which is being used successfully on thousands of projects worldwide today. Our continued profitability means that we continue to invest in product enhancements and new functionality on an almost monthly basis. Our unique multi-tenanted software model means that every enhancement made is rolled out to every client simultaneously.
