We pride ourselves on how easy it is to use our system. It is an intuitive system with online wizards to walk you through most processes and functions. Online help and training systems are available 24/7 for all clients. In addition we offer in depth training for clients as required depending on your needs.

We offer a package tailored to suit your business needs, designed to make sure both value and a structured approach are at the forefront of our training program to ensure a quick adoption of the extranet.

We are delighted to announce a new programme of training sessions designed specifically to help our users get the most from our 4Projects collaborative functionality.

UK training days will be available from May11 in central London.  Other locations are planned to come on stream during the course of the year.

We will be offering two levels of training:

  • General user training                           Seminar style

  • Administrator level sessions              Classroom style “Hands On”

Those attending our courses will leave with a far greater understanding of the 4Projects functionality and how they can use it to help increase efficiency, deliver cost savings and mitigate risk in their projects and processes.

The sessions will cover all of the functionality available to you - just a few of the highlights are :

Making uploading drawings, document and photo’s easier by using our multiple upload functionality (4Explorer), Email Dropbox and the Editable Grid tools

How to easily group and distribute items to colleagues and distribution groups

  Making is easier to revise by using Live Revise and Batch Revising

  Saving time by creating Custom searches and reports which can be shared with colleagues or exported into excel

  Use our Custom Views to choose the  live data you would like to be displayed, each container can have a unique view

  Seamlessly managing processes like RFI’s, Technical queries and Design discussions by using our  Tasks and Discussions functionality which now allow you to work directly from email and mobile devices such as Blackberry and iPhone

  Our powerful workflow solution helps collaborative teams to automate processes: Learn how you can be involved and benefit from Batch Commenting and Batch Decision making

  Batch Print and Batch Download tools will help you to speed up your document management processes

  Many other tips and tricks to improve productivity

 

Users will also be given an insight into future developments at 4Projects - a sneak peak at what's to come, and an opportunity to contribute toward the future roadmap.

We always strive to deliver meaningful training in line with your project or company processes. We take into account the different groups of users that require training along with the elements of the application that will help them in their day-to-day role.

Ultimately, we help you ensure your users have the knowledge to make the most of the system. We encourage a ‘hands-on’ and ‘interactive’ training environment to achieve the best results.
User training sessions are designed to teach users how to utilise the basic operation of 4Projects and to understand how the functionality will fit with their day-to-day role. These sessions will typically last 5 hours and can accommodate up to 10 people. However, we do realise that not all projects use our functionality in the same way and, for that reason, we will tailor our standard training to your specific needs in required.

Our main aim is to ensure that your users get the most out of the system on a day-to-day basis.
Our administrator training provides hands-on training for those users within an organisation who are charged with administering the extranet.

It will cover items such as managing activities of the users to ensuring that the structure of the extranet meets with the needs of the project for its duration. These sessions are delivered to no more than 4 people, and are often delivered on a 1-to-1 basis.
